Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten via board-sports.nl. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, accepteert de klant deze voorwaarden.
Artikel 3 – Aanbod en prijzen Alle prijzen op board-sports.nl zijn inclusief btw. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om prijzen te wijzigen. Kennelijke fouten in de prijsopgave binden ons niet.
Artikel 4 – Bestellingen en betaling Bestellingen zijn bindend na bevestiging per e-mail. Betaling dient te geschieden via de aangeboden betaalmethoden op de website. Bij niet-tijdige betaling behouden wij ons het recht voor de bestelling te annuleren.
Artikel 5 – Levering Wij leveren door de gehele Europese Unie via DHL. De verwerkingstijd bedraagt 2 tot 5 werkdagen. Levertijden zijn indicatief en geven geen recht op schadevergoeding bij overschrijding.
Artikel 6 – Herroepingsrecht Conform EU-wetgeving heeft de consument het recht de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product te herroepen, zonder opgave van reden. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
Artikel 7 – Aansprakelijkheid Board-sports.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of schade door onjuist gebruik van producten. Onze aansprakelijkheid is in alle gevallen beperkt tot het aankoopbedrag van de betreffende bestelling.
Artikel 8 – Intellectueel eigendom Alle content op board-sports.nl, waaronder teksten, afbeeldingen en logo's, is eigendom van Board-sports.nl en mag niet worden gebruikt zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.
Artikel 9 – Persoonsgegevens Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens conform onze privacyverklaring en de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).
Artikel 10 – Toepasselijk recht en geschillen Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden bij voorkeur in onderling overleg opgelost. Indien dit niet lukt, is de bevoegde rechter in Nederland exclusief bevoegd.

Article 2 – Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through board-sports.nl. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Article 3 – Offers and Prices All prices on board-sports.nl are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Obvious errors in pricing are not binding on us.
Article 4 – Orders and Payment Orders are binding upon confirmation by email. Payment must be made via the payment methods available on the website. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Article 5 – Delivery We deliver throughout the European Union via DHL. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Delivery times are indicative and do not give rise to any right to compensation in the event of delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – Liability Board-sports.nl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or damages resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property All content on board-sports.nl, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of Board-sports.nl and may not be used without prior written permission.
Article 9 – Personal Data We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
