Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid – Board-sports.nl

1. Herroepingsrecht Als consument heb je het recht om je aankoop binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden. Dit is conform de EU-wetgeving inzake consumentenbescherming.

2. Hoe een retour aanvragen? Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op via [jouw e-mailadres] om je retour aan te melden. Vermeld je ordernummer en de reden van retour. Wij bevestigen je retourverzoek zo snel mogelijk — houd er rekening mee dat wij board-sports.nl part-time runnen en de reactietijd daardoor enkele werkdagen kan bedragen.

3. Voorwaarden voor retour

• Het product is ongebruikt en in originele staat
• Het product is voorzien van alle originele labels en verpakking
• Je stuurt het product terug binnen 14 dagen na goedkeuring van je retourverzoek

4. Retourkosten De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product defect of onjuist geleverd is.

5. Terugbetaling Na ontvangst en controle van het geretourneerde product betalen wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 werkdagen terug via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Vanwege onze part-time operatie kan de verwerking van retouren enkele extra werkdagen in beslag nemen.

6. Defecte of verkeerde producten Heb je een defect of verkeerd product ontvangen? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via whitewaterboardsports@gmail.com. Wij lossen dit voor je op, inclusief eventuele verzendkosten.
