Verzendbeleid
Bij board-sports.nl leveren wij onze producten door de gehele Europese Unie. Hieronder vind je alle informatie over onze verzending.
Verwerkingstijd Wij runnen board-sports.nl naast andere verplichtingen, waardoor bestellingen niet altijd dezelfde dag worden verwerkt. Houd rekening met een verwerkingstijd van 2 tot 5 werkdagenvoordat je bestelling wordt verzonden. We doen ons best om zo snel mogelijk te verzenden en houden je op de hoogte.
Verzendpartner Wij verzenden al onze bestellingen via DHL. Na verzending ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met een track & trace-code waarmee je je pakket kunt volgen.
Levertijden De verwachte levertijd na verzending is afhankelijk van het bestemmingsland:
- Nederland: 1–2 werkdagen
- België & Duitsland: 2–3 werkdagen
- Overige EU-landen: 3–7 werkdagen
Levertijden zijn indicatief en kunnen afwijken door omstandigheden buiten onze controle, zoals piekperiodes.
Verzendkosten De verzendkosten worden berekend op basis van het gewicht van je bestelling en het bestemmingsland. De exacte kosten worden weergegeven tijdens het afrekenen.
Douane en invoerrechten Alle leveringen binnen de EU zijn vrij van douanekosten. Btw is inbegrepen in de productprijzen conform EU-regelgeving.
Beschadigde of verloren pakketten Neem bij beschadiging of vermissing van je pakket zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via whitewaterboardsports@gmail.com. Wij lossen dit samen met DHL voor je op.

Processing Time We run board-sports.nl alongside other commitments, which means orders are not always processed the same day. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible and will keep you informed.
Shipping Partner All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination country:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. The exact costs will be shown at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties All deliveries within the EU are free of customs charges. VAT is included in product prices in accordance with EU regulations.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible at whitewaterboardsports@gmail.com. We will resolve this together with DHL on your behalf.
